an idea About Solo Content!

how about insteed of adding more and more GROUP missions/boxes etc to an already dying if not dead game add some SOLO versions of them? so for example a sleepwalker box thats solo able for when your online and theres 2 other people online max on the server :/ which is ALOT of the time, easily done just make the box's easier but if some one attacks or helps the box becomes void as you should do solo stuff when theres no one else around there shouldent be a problem with some one helping to get your box void or better yet make it a solo instance! but for god sake STOP ADDING GROUP STUFF!

I don't think group-based content should be stopped altogether, but more solo content would certainly be appreciated.  It's clear that Rare has to/prefers to/is told to appeal to the demographic, however, so I don't see any major solo implementations in MxO's future.

Massively Multiplayer doesn't necessarily translate to grouping together.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree.  Because items require a group effort, it makes them more valuable.  It makes it more challenging and overall worthwhile.  Otherwise, everyone would be running around in the not-so-premium soloable gear.

Yes, it can be frustrating to want these items but you cannot obtain them due to not being able to gather up enough helpers, however, there is a certain level of undeniable satisfaction gained in finally acquiring them after conquering said obstacle.

I think some solo content should be added. Most of the time i'm on early morning GMT and not many folks are on. It would give me something do when i log on first thing. SMILEY

ok i dident say stop group i say how about some alteration not just add more group crap every chance they get, ive been online for 12 hours and ive found 3 other players in my lvl range to group and not at the same time my problem IS the game is nearly dead subs are LOW so not many are actice at the same time and hows this addressed? by adding more content yay great!, but it all NEEDS a group! why add purely group content to a game thats not massive in numbers? seem like banging your head against a wall,

so to sum up ive seen 3 people today and you need a full group for the new contect biggest gorup i could of got is 2 maybe 3 thats my problem not enuf content is for solo so when people like me come on see NOONE around i cant do anything in this game theres nothing new for me and then see all this new content thats impossiable to solo, is there any wonder why people dont stay playing this game?


so my solution for this would be make solo content im not saying make it easy content maybe just hard enuf you can barely do it alone or maybe merge the pve servers so theres more activiey and a greatly higher chance of getting a group?


this may seem like a rant but its not i really love mxo and i see it falling apart basicly my intire faction has gone and there's not many more about that are active,

also i do notice most people who replyed are not on my server and are from the most populated one ? (correct me if im wrong) so this might not be as big a problem for you, but on recurresion it is.

I think we have enough solo-able content now. In my opinion, an MMO should have a great degree more group-based content than solo-able content.

You say that because you're in a large faction who are mostly all readily available whenever new content arises.  Those who aren't in your position feel differently because of their circumstances, as you might, also.

Is there anything in game that actually requires a full team? As far as I know most of the game can be solo'd or takes two level 50's to beat.

Well, technically to beat within the time limit, a Daimyo box takes a full team.

Ah, that is one box against how many ways to obtain new items alone? Surely the ratio seems to be favoured already to soloable content.
I'd love to see something that really requires a full team, preferably with mixed loadouts to beat. There should always be a healthy balance between solo and group content, to keep everyone satisfied.

umm no try and do a dyamio or grandmaser box alone, pls dont post supid comments was looking for a discussion not potential flame
