I like the interaction player-enviroment idea.
I think we need more movements like this (about the animation)

I think I kinda just like them randomly occurring provided conditions are right.  Not tied to any pill, or ability, or crew/org/faction/team.  Just leave em like bullet-time, nice little surprises that occur to make you go "ooohh, did you just see that!   That rocked!!".

can't we just make these moves occur at random times if done correctly? executing these moves when taking a pill is irrelevant

We're very lucky to get these new move sets at all, let's not get hasty just because they come in pill form.

Agreed on all four points.

I am still waiting for org abilities, to be quite honest.

If they make them into consumables I won't particularly care to farm for them. Especially if they're a one-time-use consumable. I haven't bothered with the new content in Bathory either, mainly because of how many people it takes to kill the Corruptor and all of the effort it takes for an item I'll never use. The Data Mining content is fun, however. Although I admit that's also lost it's "new factor" with me. I can't remember the last time I ran a critical mission. Perhaps two or three months ago?

To me the only remaining content is player-made and LESIG. The other stuff has been too bland for me. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy the game. I just enjoy other aspects of it.

I wish there was more of that, tbh. You only really get finishers and sometimes you get bullet-time with a special. But overall there's too little of it for me to get ooh'd and ahh'd about it.

Let's also take a look at how they've delivered content before. I'd imagine that the reason why these moves have 'shadow' as a prefix in their titles has a lot to do with their origins. For example, you won't need a wall to do the animation/move. That's why they are so special. The razor will be a 'shadow razor,' which means the pill bestows that maneuver on you. Same applies to the Shadow Phoenix - it doesn't need a wall for it to be made possible. It creates the wall for you.

It would also explain why they'd be coming in pill form as opposed to being abilities you'd be able to obtain permanently.

100% agree.

3 orgs, 3 "new" "abilities". Where others see incidence, I see ... providence.
