Players whose Crew or Faction data doesn't load correctly now have their reputation determine their Organization. (Fixes exploit.)

WOOT, thx for the new cinematic and for changing the effects of:
Energized Attack, Precise Blow, and Hyper Speed
This shall be interesting though, lol:
Using the Assassin Mask Ability now aggros mobs and activates the user's pvp flag when it affects another player.
So. to recap?
If player is in an area where pvp is going on, puts on mask and a "flagged" player runs within the Mask's radius. The user that placed the mask on is now flagged?

Maybe a response to the complaints about the way Seraph handed out The
Assassin's mask at the end of DotD. That said, it's a very realistic
addition - the effect of somebody imitating the Assassin in the
streets of MegaCity would not be unlike the reaction one would get for
walking through a predominately black neighborhood in Klan robes.

Finaly the rooted effect doesnt stop abilities in interlock best thing about the patch awsome simply awsome i was thinking it would just be the holloween stuff but all this to omg thank u guys for fixing this bugg no more sim and no more faction bug expliot really great gratz to SOE best patch in a long time.

3.1 cinematic was released after the event ended.
