I'd recommend a mixture of Viral accuracy and regen clothes, some good ones include:
The shirt from the creston collector (can't remember its name), it gives about 4% viral accuracy and defence, and 30pts viral resist I think. There is also a high level shirt with 2% viral accuracy if you want better resistance. There are level 49 and 50 2% viral accuracy pants which you can switch about to give the best resistance coverage as well.
I usually wear sakura, seraphims, quicksilvers and tigerskin/dragonskin ( if you have one ). Area k is good as well. Glasses you have plenty of choices, with WM lenses, 3% viral accuracy, 2% viral accuracy and damage, and ssr glasses, just depending on what suits you best.
Best thing is to just get a good range of clothes and switch them round to find what suits you best.

My quick two cents, for offensive hacker not hacker v. hacker. Defense against other classes is also good if you fight a certain type a lot.
glasses: 2% acc/dmg shades - white silver shard 3% acc shades - yellow silver shard SSR shades - 2% viral accuracy, 10% IS regen lucian's launcher (3% def, dmg, 15% IS regen) - stamos collector item
gloves: quicksilver (6% def to all) 2% acc enhanced barrelhead gauntlets Grandmaster Ninja gloves have 3% viral acc and resistances
shirt: peck's shirt (health/IS regen) taggert's pipeline (3% v acc, 4% v def, 30pts viral resist) 2% acc - brown/cream machello jacket and tie valshymar - 300pts max health and decent resistances
pants: 2% acc - black/green hosh chap pants 2% acc/dmg - hosh riding pants
coat: dragonskin area k 2% viral acc rocawear (yellowish I believe)
shoes: seraphims.

Just managed to find the acc jacket on the market the other day there so i think i have most of the hacker gear. Theres also a couple of 2% dmg tops and 3% acc shoes. I was wearing a 2% dmg hat but a faction mate gave me a lowbie (lvl 39) 2% acc, 1% dmg and also 2% def i think. Gonna need to try and get those 3% glasses but donno if i want to lose my dmg.

Personally i'd look more to your defense and damage than your accuracy at this point. Looks like bay covered most of what you need to know. Need anything else give me a PM - KD

A major thing you have to factor in is how will you be fighting? I have two different colothing loadouts for hacking, depending on if i am pvp/pve or if I am able to sit back and hack away while someone else has them IL'ed. If you are pvp/pve, you are going to need something that has good resistances with accuracy. If you are able to hack away without worry of being hit back yourself, build up as much accuracy/damage/IS regain as you can. If you are on recursion, hit me up sometime and I can help ya out.
