Operatives, By killing Ms. Kroller, Danielle Wright allowed the interface program to escape back into the simulation. Both Wright and the program are at large, and considered highly dangerous. We must do all that we can to secure the program, and to protect the populace from Wright's attacks. Efficientemente, Agent Pace System Liaison

The event coulda gone a little better, I mean, we almost killed Wright then bam we were all dead.
Edit: Hurr, ignored, I guess I better learn my lesson. No more emotes.

This event wasn't very fun. Hey look, BIP. It walks up to Danielle Wright, we go back to "Hey it's floating around again". Yay.
This event didn't seem to really involve the players at all, it was more like watching a play than a Live Event interacting with characters.
Also,

Lighten up :P

The event was about 5 minutes long. What was the event you say? Well we took Danielle Wright down to almost 100 health in about a few minutes. That was it. We met with Pace, played around with a bluepill who just did emotes and then just says "oh god" walks out and just gets meatwadded. Debrief and that was it. I wouldn't have even minded if we had a repeat of the EPN event last week, but I have to say it was sub-par more than usual.

Im very displeased with this event, waited about an hour after the time we were told to meet and then get to the bluepill who dies within 5 minutes and then we get a debrief, this was complete rubbish if you ask me. I feel bad for Vogt as this was his last Operation with us as a Liaison and it sucked.

I must admit, the results of this operation left me with the feeling of emptyness inside. On paper it sounded rather simple, lead the bluepill with BIP inside to an extraction point on a bridge whilst at the same time keeping an eye out and, if necessary, distracting Wright. It seems as though the BIP was in control of the bluepill and whilst interested in us, would not cooperate or simply did not understand. Wright showed up and, despite our best efforts, unleashed a mass meatwad on everyone when on the brink of termination. She then proceeded to terminate the Bluepill without a hint of regret or sorrow while we couldn't do anything. As for the debriefing at the end, it seems as though we were being coddled by Pace, I realise that she's programmed for human Machine relations but we are adults, we can take constructive critisism. The operation, in my eyes, was a failure. The BIP had gotten away from Danielle's grasp, it's true, but at the cost of an innocent life. I feel that I can personally lay blame for it in all directions, at ourselves, at the BIP for it's action or lack of it before Imelda's life was about to end, but mostly at Danielle for her soulless killing of her. I don't know what we could have done diferently but I was almost hoping for a berating from Pace, at least then we could have vented our frustrations. Still, we push on doing what we must, I'm still upset about Imelda's death, but feeling sorry for myself will not change anything, I just hope we can prevent more loss of innocent life.

My feelings are much in line with Vinia's on this operation. Success or failure, it is always best to know what was done right or wrong.. simply glossing over the situation helps no one. In some ways this operation was a success I suppose.. Wright knows we can stop her and she did not get her hands on the BIP. The fact an innocent woman died without even being able to defend herself, however, casts a pall over the operation such as it was.
I do need, once again, to express my thanks to Vogt for the excellent work he has done. I hope his future finds him happy and fulfilled no matter what path he chooses to walk.
(( For Vogt's final event, and possibly our final LE in a long time, I was not only hoping for a more positive ending, but also for a better event in general. I realize they can't all be amazing but, as said, this could have been done as a crit or non player LE as there appeared to be little to no player interaction anyway. ))

I can't believe no one recognized this as the place (or at least the scene) where Trin first met Neo in the club, after following the white rabbit. This BIP is re-living Trinity's moments with Neo.

How do you know or how can you tell that was the exact club where they first met?

((I can't, but in this game it's probably the closest approximation we're going to get. And, really, the club isn't as important as the scene itself; her facing the wall, only a few inches from it, with the lights pouring down and people visible all around. It's highly symbolic of that first meeting.))

Perhaps the BIP -- whose purpose is to help control the redpills in Zion -- was Trinity all along. It would explain why the Assassin wasn't permitted to liquify her body...the Machines may have had to get the BIP out before that could happen. Illyria
