   It's not entirely important, but I'd like to see a construct with old event effects on display.  Like Morpheus' corpse from the Sobra church, or Neurophyte's killcode effect (which I never got to see).

   I guess it would be like that "Zion Archive" level of Path of Neo.  Except cooler. SMILEY

My ideal construct would have to be something truely awsome, half the construct is in blue sky weather, the other is in constant holloween darkness. FFA of course. Npcs would randomly spawn on players, without doing anything at all, lvl 60s, lvl 50s, lvl 100s would spawn for no reason and just attack players. Opon entering the construct you are in the complete darkness part, going into the blue sky part would give you the fire virus, that does damage and is spread able...

The construct should look like half 01, as in the darkness side is 01 and the blue sky part should look like a normal area in downtown. In the blue sky area there is a luggable that stops the fire virus, as in makes you imune while you have the luggable, the luggable will also give you the ability to infect people with the fire virus in the darkness side of the construct. In the blue sky part of the construct there are powerful npcs that walk around, all of them are nightmares and succubus, the boss is in the darkness side of the construct, he is A new npc, a mix between tengu and gargoyle. The drop should be one of the nicest items in the game, course the npc would be lvl 100 and would have uber defense agenst everything. But he could drop anything from a sakura, widows moor, overdrive, quick silver, seraphims, Commando gear, the new glasses, the new helmet, the new ma stuff and the best drop it gives which is a 1 in 100 chance of getting it is a black Patchers Headgear with 3 points accuracy to everything, 3 points damage to everything, and 3 points defense to everything, aswell as 36 resistance to everything.

Rejoice! A Construct that breathes a film noir atmosphere would be fantastic. Kind of The Slums but then saturated in colour, the streets narrower as you say and even more "lived" as The Slums is now.

I would like to see some new buildings in some of the construction yards. Maybe a ship docked at one of the waterfronts. Something new thats all.

Yes!  Toss in a ship here or there in the several docking areas!  Take one of those construction sites and put in a modest sized stadium with parking lots!  Change a building or two into Police Stations/Fire Stations!  Change a car model into a Police car!  Put in a Fire truck using any of the transport trucks!  Put a bus or two in the traffic!
