-- Featured Changes
Q-Gun DOT damage reduced to normal levels.
The following Upgrade effects are now persistent when traveling through hardlines: Utility Master, Force Multiplier, Team Patcher, Trauma Surgeon, Upgrade Artist, Guardian Patcher, Doctor, Network Attacker, Skript Kiddie, Virologist, Arbelest, Artillerist, Ballista, Pathogenist, Selective Phage. (Note: Network Hacker Upgrade is still not persistent.)
Viral DOT Abilities no longer block each other when used on the same target. In addition, Viral family and Ability re-use timers have been reduced.

Accuracy bonuses are now more balanced between the different special moves designed to get a player out of Interlock.
Under Armour shirts are no longer available on any clothing vendor.
Hooked up system chat messages for the following emotes: backflop, backflop1, backflop2, bang, cough, cutitout, drinkbottle, duh, examine, giddiyup, horns, kickdoor, mimeelbow, mimerope, mimewall, picknose, pickup, plugnose, righton, sleep, takepill, timeout, tiphat, whichway.
The system messages for the /bumpbutts and /bangbang interactive emotes are no longer just about cake.
-- Bug Fixes
Find Weakness has been changed to a base bonus of 0.5 points/level before Influences are applied.
Sneak is no longer persistent when entering the Loading Area and returning to the world.
Paralyzing Throw no longer always hits the target.
Crippling Throw now roots for the proper time.
The following Ability codes have had their Write Code costs adjusted to the appropriate level for their Complexities: Freedom to Joints, Diving Frankensteiner, Revers Bull Dog, Wounding Throw, Back Roll Escape, Punt, Bull Dog, Shifty Technique, Stealth Countermeasures.

Special thanks to zeroone5069 and sugaree for providing these Neighborhood Mission bug reports.
Fixed typos in the text from the operator after getting the item from the safe in phase 1 of Mandarin's fourth mission, "Flutter Away, Little Bird."
In Cerulean's second mission, "Surgical Strike," the operator referred to "my operations" after you killed all the enemies in phase 1. Cerulean will now speak this line, rather than the operator.
Fixed a typo in the operator's enter phase text in Mandarin's second mission, "Broken Connection."
Fixed a typo in the NPC's dialog in phase 3 of Mr. Bishop's first mission, "The Hunter."
Fixed a typo in the dialog for one of the King's Men gang members in Indigo's fifth mission, "Gang Rumble."
In Mandarin's third mission, "Far From Home," the player is sent to fight Amber's gang, but they find Daggers instead of Amber's A.S.P. gang. The Daggers have now been replaced with A.S.P.s.
While stealing an item from Amber in Mockingbird's fifth mission, "In the Night," the player encountered Daggers gang members protecting the item. These have been changed to Amber's gang, the A.S.P.s.
Removed redundant operator text from the end of the first phase of Mockingbird's third mission, "Dark Entries."
In Mandarin's third mission, "Far From Home," high-level characters would encounter an Agent protecting a strange Exile in the second phase. This NPC type was not consistent with the story, and has been changed to Corporate Security instead.
In Mandarin's first mission, "Angels and Daemons," you now get a mission failure notice if the follower dies in phase 3, and you cannot attack them after they reach their destination. Also, the simulacra hidden in phase 3 will now attack correctly once you lead the follower to their destination.
