I got a good number of hits in on the one in uriah on recursion then a few in manssen before i crashed out

Yea, you all heard my name more than once that day. I was glad to help by providing the locations that our big group was camping. MY master shadow tactic was announced but only during syntax's event because I only tested it while he was on recursion. And the noob DJ that was on said my info about Sobra Shores redline was wrong, jeez. Thanks OmniDo for the apology and the big shout out.

I must say this was an awesome event. I was just one of the large group that awaited him at the Uriah Wharfs on the Recursion Server. It seems patience paid off, a lot of people left to scout other areas but he did finally appear somewhere between all the crates.

The Assassin frantically dodged us all by running back and forth through the confusing maze of crates,but we all kept on him

We chased him towards the northmost hardline and everything seemed to stop. It was at that point that I had realised I had crashed. Moments after I heard on Awakened Radio that the Uriah copy had perished. Sure I was upset, but I got over it. The battle was far from over. Awakened Radio mentioned that the Manseen Park copy was devastating the attacking force and that help was needed. As soon as I could get back in, I hurried there as fast as possible to lend a hand.

I managed to chase him all the way to Stamos, again dealing as much damage as I possibly could. We ended up in the construction site, where I hyper jumped and froze in the air. I thought this can't be happening not again, as I looked at what remained of the Assassin's health. We had him trapped and I was once again forced out of the battle. Crashing for the second time I relied on Awakened Radio to broadcast what was happening. Moments after they announced that the Manseen copy had also been taken down. By the time I was allowed back in it had seemed all had perished except for the Midian Park copy.


I rushed there as fast as possible and found a large group of people standing under the monument about as confused as I was. It had seemed this copy had dissapeared. Confusement was spread all over Recursion, had he died? Did one still remain? Shortly after, that question was answered. He was behind Club Avalon. The large mass hurried to take him down. We chased him to Eshean Projects to where finally the last copy (from what I knew at the time) was removed from the Matrix for good.

All I can say is, what a day!! I had a blast chasing that infernal creature all over Richland and Westview. Sure I missed out on some parts but I know I dealt quite a bit of damage to three different versions,especially the Uriah one. Just knowing that I helped take Morpheus' killer down was rewarding enough. Thanks goes to everyone on the server for their teamwork, especially the rezzers for keeping us all alive.


Sorry for the long post, it's just how it played out for me

For what little damage it did, I managed to get one blow in at either Manson Park or Midian Park. Not sure which. I was at both places.  That's all I could manage to land due to the lag.

I hit the Assassin a number of times with my flit gun, I hit one of the final blows on the Assassin in Uriah, for a second, I thought I was going to get a mask. After that, I went to Stamos and helped finish off the Assassin over there. Finally, I went to Club Avalon and helped finish him off too. I never saw the other two copies.

I never expected to get an Assassin kill, but evryday of the event I got to fight him at least once. On the final day I fought 3 of his incarnations. I got somewhere between 10-15 Flit shots off, like many others suffered chain deaths, and felt like I was moving through glue LOL. At the the meeting Niobe actually spoke with me but the like a lot of people I lagged out, missed anything cool she might have said, and by the time I got back it was all over and done.

At Uriah got to unload 12 rounds of flit into the Assassin just as he was taking the final blows. It was beautiful to watch SMILEY.

i too didn't think to get screen shots, but myself and my trusted
associate y377i, who has mysteriously returned from the grave a short
while, both got shots in with the flit gun.
