I hope that gi issue means they're adding in female gis that have pants and not removing the female gi as seen in Final Flight of the Osiris.
If the good gis are being removed, I'm kicking your *CENSORED* for me never getting to see Bindi in a digital bathrobe again, Rarebit.
How many Machine criticals were against Zion installations? How many LE's were against Zion targets? Not as many as there would have been without Halborn and Carlyne in the picture. The storyline isn't just restricted to Agent spawns. As for the Gi, I may start wearing them now, they were far too short before.

I havent been doing the Crits, sort of lost interest in the story after a couple months of not getting any real info on the Intruders. And I very rarely catch Live Events. If the the Agent spawns are there to enhance RP then surely they should have been removed or at very leased cut back to very rare spawns over this time to mirror the cut back after it became second priority? Then return them back to their annoying selfs for tomrrows patch.
And I was already using the Gi, as were many other people.
But I know the Agents are hear to stay, and I guess my female alt will have to be permanetly in pants
I very much doubt that there will be two different types of Gi for female characters, for one it would mean another clothing slot taken up in the database and secondly the notes said female gi's now include pants and not Gi's with pants have been added. I see that the Tiger Coat wasn't changed to a Gi for females, this was down to the different clothing slots Gi's have for men and women. Gotta wonder who designed them that way...
As for the Agents, newbies usually stay in Richland to mission and level long enough to find out about the Agents, both the lvl 255 Access Agents (which are just as frustrating to newbies of any Org) and the lvl 100 war Agents.
As for spawning Machinist's in Westview and International I don't see that working tbh. There are fewer Machinists than Zionites (Storywise not actual player figures) and it would be just as prohibitive in time and manpower to stop a Zionite as a random attack as it would be for Zionite Operatives to spawn on Machinists (Zionite aligned Sim's, on the other hand, would be a better idea but that would mean having access to the simulation that the Machines cant detect or shutdown easily). Agents are a far more efficient way to do the intended job.
Zionites are meant to run when they see an Agent, but as mentioned in another thread, running isn't always possible or a single jump (if possible) gets rid of them which isn't very realistic. Some adjustments, as previously stated by a few people, to the spawns would make it more realistic, whether those adjustments are possible is another matter...

Roukie, if that would be the case, then I'd expect Agent NPC's to spawn on the Zionite NPC's... That would be fun...
As for the Gi's I've spoken to quite a few people who welcome the change, myself included. Thinking a little realistically, apart from the fact that Gi's probably wouldn't be worn other than in competitions and training constructs, a woman wouldn't really wear a short Gi with no pants unless she was trying to seduce or flirt with a male (or female... I guess). Personally I think that while testosterone levels might sink a bit with the change (they're still quite revealing at the top) perhaps a female MA in a tournament wearing a Gi might be regarded more for fighting skill than the boys waiting for her to do a sky high.
For those who may respond saying 'it's only polygons' I heartily agree, I don't see how many prefer the pantless if it's 'only polygons'. We still have short (very short) skirts with a large range of tops to mix and match for parties, combat etc...
