At level 26, I am currently always forced to do missions in restricted areas that I can not get the node key for because 1. The chance I'll level up when I tap that node and thus it'll force me to mission in another restricted zone or 2. all of the three chevrons and the boss they surround are levels above me. I am most likely to die from an Agent in my mission areas. But that is only half of the problem.

The other half is, at this level, every mission NPC I encounter is a LUPINE, and every phase's main target I encounter is a BLOOD DRINKER. I'm talking about up to 10 Lupines or more (yeah, number of NPCs increases dramatically too) a level above me all breaking my shield and each one spamming Lupine moves back to back to back. Everyone I know knows Lupines are overpowered.

And yet I haven't come across one stack of silver bullets unless I buy them from the marketplace. As drops and cabinet finds, they are rare.

So please increase the drop rate of these killcodes so I can stop being pulverized by SMGs and stun attacks while having an FM-1500 rammed full force, three vectors, etc.

OR, ALTERNATIVELY: Let lowbies under level 30 code killcodes.

You tend to find a *LOT* of silver bullets/wooden stakes/holy water on the gang spawn, especiallly in Richland, so it might be wise to start hunting some gang hoodlums.

Weird, I get health pill 1s, ugly male glasses (reactor shades, i think they're called?), and male green suit jackets.

Try around Zia/Kedemoth: I've been getting a *LOT* of them lately on my level 19 and my level 20 alts. What server are you on?

Hm... I've got a level 11 on there who's alllmost ready to venture out there; I'll pass some on to you the next time I'm jacked in there. I'm TheProvisioner there.

Thanks. But I don't think this really solves an overall problem, unless I'm the only lowbie that doesn't get power levelled all the time with this problem.

I think it's a random quirk: I've always gotten *tons* of Silver bullets/wooden stakes/holy water on all my characters ( maybe because all my characters are Mervs???). I've even found a boatload of these things on the vampire and demon gangs in Westview, which was really, really wierd from an RP standpoint (unless the guys reeeeally don't trust the others in their crowd...)

Yeah, I've never had a problem coming across them.

You must be an anomaly.

I just managed to get to level 31 on Syntax recently somehow and if you do the missions in International you tend to stay more in one place during level 26+ Which I think is furihata. Anyway just ask someone in your faction to help you get the access nodes for the area your missioning in and you'll be pretty much home and dry.

If your on vector tell me your Name and I'll send you so many you won't know what to do with them.

K I might be exagerating some but I save them all and well I have a backlog cause I get them more than I use em.

Hah! I demand a drop rate decrease. These things clog up my inventory all the flippin' time.

I tend to over use them so i almost never have them... Hell i use holy water as a finisher when ever I can, mostly because i find it hilarious...death by water on face...

But about fighing lupines and vamps, and being stuck in westview... I say stick it out until (what is it 35?) and youll be back in Richland... missions in Westview is one of those "well I can adapt for 10 levels, or I can take it for ten levels" decisions. And hell, run archives, those almost never fill with more than agents, operatives, or elite guards as enemies, plus you get rewards.

Early on I found that International is the way to go from say 15 to 30.  Not only does it not send you to purple hell neighborhoods, but it is much more aesthetically pleasing, with less mobs.  And it is a geographically relatively small area so you generally  don't have to go very far to outrun gangs/agents/whatever.  Lastly the highest level is Ueno which is 29 (I think) whereas Bathory is 33 (I think...going off of memory), so you completely graduate from the mission placement system a few levels sooner than if you were in Westview/Richland.
