My computer has the following Specs..

Asus--p5ad2 Deluxe Motherboard

Intel Pentium 4 3.0 ghrz-->Over clocked to 3.6

Silverstone case tons of fans tons of cooling

Videocard Asus en6800 256mb Nvidia Pci-Express Card

2.5 ghrz of ddr2 533mhz ram

80 gig harddrive master-->40 gig slave

os-->winxp pro all the current updates

Mouse logitech mx15 gaming mouse.

56k dial--Up connection no dsl or high-speed avaliable in my area I live out in the country and their is

no-option for high-speed

I would suspect the dial-up connection is whats causing all the lag for me in mxo.. lag meter goes red I run in one spot. constant somtimes its not too bad. I've been playing since april I'm level 8 I solo all the missions because with other people the chance of lagging out are rather great. the game is playable but pretty much unplayable.

My question is... What can I do to maybe improve lag or anything I can maybe do to improve performance.

any suggestions would be much appreciated..... I also play Everquest with no lag whatsoever it was the same when i play the sims online and mech warrior 3... no lag in those games... help much needed....

hmmmm yes I would also say dail-up. Any1 really with Dial-up should not play a MMO.

Just try and ring you ISP and demand broadband... or plea. Its up to you.
