Thanks.  I had rummaged through the threads earlier and didn't think to look in General Discussion.

Much approval. Glad to see the Sleepwalkers back, some of the items have awesome and worthwhile buffs. And I also love the effect that is on the box.

After many boxes on Vector (and hearing from the Syntax crowd), it seems apparent the level 60s don't drop Blue marbles. Is this intended?

From what I and Tetra have seen, it doesn't seem like they do.

The other Sleepwalkers Blue Shift normally though.

This is probably the best content addition since I started playing in October 2004.

Biased.. yeah probably alot but it gives me something to do thats Cypherite related not to mention once Im done getting me and Pascal our gear we can just start farming blueshifts for events pve hell pvp when were in the mood. It really over shadows the ninjas sure they were cool but this is something else.

Also it offers in the sense of AI variety minimal hacking guns and melee with multiple spawns it makes for alot less of a tedious farm when you have a larger group.

So far, it looks like the Sleepwalker spawns are better overall than the Kunoichis. The Kunoichis, while semi-difficult to take down were very tedious to kill, as they came one at a time. The Sleepwalkers seem to inflict a decent amount of casualties if the group doesn't have a plan going, so they're I'd say as hard if not "harder" than the kunoichi boxes, but they're much less tedious and less time consuming. They are just as deadly in interlock as out of interlock in my opinion, as compared to the Kunoichis who I perceived as deadlier out of interlock than in interlock.

I and many others have noticed the Sleepwalkers seem to have a max distance at which they'll pursue you, where as the Kunoichis would follow you to the ends of Sati's playground.

On that note, we're going to see if 6 people can take on 6 Sleepwalker Stage 3 boxes. I'll post some more wonderful feedback after we finish them.

I'm loving loot on random. My name on Syntax starts with a number, so I have a 0.00001% chance to get a Marble, as opposed to say, someone whose name began with a M >_>. He got 40 in 10 minutes. I got one! *cherishes*

Huh, Something wrong with random loot... that wouldn't screw over a guy with a name that starts with Z right?

I dunno how "random" loot works. But we've been noticing people with names in the middle of the alphabet get a lot more of it... with the exception of Marias, who the game engine hates.

8ayamo: 8 marbles
Ballak: 13 marbles
evalR: 16 marbles
Mathalos: 27 marbles
Marias: 5 marbles
Royin: 20 marbles

Maybe it distributes like a bell curve with A and Z at the extreme ends and L to P in the bulge at the middle.

No, Seymour just hacks. That's the reason.

The 6 boxes were successful, bit of a hiccup at the part where everyone else died. But, we recovered elegantly* (see: running and screaming "OH GOOOOOOD"SMILEY and decided that one healer against 6 boxes, or later we toned it down to 4 due to a problem with NPCs for the boxes that the traumas had where the NPCs would run up into the kill-zone of the Howitzers then just decide to run back to the box.

So, with a team of 4 Howitzer/Destroyers, staggering out their Destroyer and Insidious code debuffs along with nuking, and 2 Healers that threw out Improved Hacking and healed us, we cut through 4 Stage 3 boxes very very easily in about 25 minutes. No casualties, no hiccups that time around. My advice is if you're going to farm and you have the abilites, doesn't seem to be a better way that comes to mind than this. You'll have your gear in no-time. However, I don't know how difficult it is really for the casual player, so I don't know what I could advise to really help people get this gear faster.

But I think it's a bit cheap that the Sleepwalkers can only travel 80 meters then can't progress further, unlike the Kunoichis. If this was an intentional design for the Sleepwalkers, hey that's cool. But many people seem to be taking advantage of that factor, and I think it'd be a greater challenge over-all if they could hunt you all over Sati's playground.

Also, the popular guess I've heard is that like Datamine, there'll be a total of 3 updates dealing with Sati's playground(If it even follows the same pattern), and most people I've talked to have guessed Unlimit boxes next.
