Ok, so in order to get brand new content (that isn't recycled), we need an animator and an artist.  At least, that's my understanding.  Great, except the fact that SoE won't spare the money that it cost to hire one.  So, I thought up of a way for us to get those two people, and SoE won't have to spend a dime.

Offer an Animator and Artist intership!

Interns are basically slaves! *chuckles*

I am more than convinced there would be budding animators / artists that would kill for a chance to volunteer for a game like MXO just to gain a little experience in the field.

OR

SOE could run a competition for the community that would give an aspiring animator / artist an oppertunity to show off their handy work in mxo.  Lets face, any kind of animator / artist is better than what we have got now (no offence to all those trying to fufill this role currently) which is nothing.

I'm guessing those job openings are all for the Agency. Don't see any internships there. Might be on a different page.

Didn't see another available page, just the one with Agency positions...

A dev for quest content is more of a priority, IMO. It would free up Rarebits workload and allow him to focus more on story stuff.

Neither seem likely anyway.

Nah.. this game desperately needs an animator.

If we had a new animator the possibilities are endless ... imagine new ability trees and the current trees tweaked or new weapons... ooh swords!!

See the imagination is the limit!

I don't know guys, that sounds like a lot of work, lets just add another pair of pants that are a color we've never had before and call it a day.

I mean actually trying to make use of the endless supply of resources aching to do something right underneath your noses, i mean they can't devote their lives to their work in order to do this - the dev's have too much on their plates already... come on - having other people do thier work for them - come on.
