Changes and Improvements

• Pandora missions have had their NPC levels adjusted in some cases to balance difficulty.

Bug Fixes

• Using the /suicide command with Sneak active does not keep Sneak active anymore. (Fixed exploit.)
  
• Reactive Gloves now grant a Defense bonus instead of Block Tactics.
  
• Cutthroat Upgrade is no longer called Infiltrator Upgrade.
  
• Fixed a bug preventing Neuro Dart from doing damage.
  
• Reason description now appears correctly in the Upgrade panel.
