What I don't agree with is how you post in the Development Roundtable with an idea (a very good one), but then attempt to quash any other players attempt to advance the line of thinking.  Do you really think the devs change the way they do things by a /sign or /agree-/disagree thread?  It's the point of posting your ideas to get feedback and promote discussion.  If you don't want a discussion, don't post in a 'Roundtable'.  Roundtable promotes discussion and refinement of ideas, not just a "Hey great idea" or "No that idea sucks".

Well-put. A key part of a well-balanced discussion is finding the means of agreeing to disagree and offering constructive criticism. Otherwise, it leaves the conversation rather one-sided, and doesn't allow for intelligently dissenting viewpoints.

Archduke, you did bring up A good point about players being able to build on this thread rather then only agreeing or dis-agreeing with it cus I didn't think about the fact that this discussion could be way too "one-sided" if I left it in it's current state so your all welcome to build on this discussion from here on thankx. SMILEY

Oh so this was brought up at fan faire thats funny cus I didn't even goto it and didn't know it was even discussed.  now I do though. I hope the direction as we go into 2009 is something to look forward to and I feel it will be because I'm a positive thinker. SMILEY

I did mention that any Soloable and yet challenging any Non-linear quests would be a good thing and at least shouldn't always be a team-based quests.

And I think Mr. Bit said something about tickets that spawn enemies that we kill to get tokens to trade into a collector.  Hmm... didn't he just put up a new image retrieval? Couldn't be related though, could it?

hmm, only 11 different  ppl or so responded to this thread I guess it doesn't mean much to anyone considering no one else added ideas or comments or suggestions. in my opinion this is more of a priority then some of the other stuff and I hope the dev team really considers it. oh...  and I don't think this has any connection with the image retreaval for this week looks like a side show.
