Well, the way it was done in the Nuts to CBS campaign was by having the vendor (NutsOnline.com) setup an order page for those wishing to contribute. They'd contribute a bit of cash and it would all be pooled into a bulk order that would be shipped off and delivered all in one heaping delivery to CBS in New York.
