There is currently an issue with our international billing system that was not resubscribing players who had used Global Collect to pay for their account for the month of January. This is a known issue, and a fix for this should be implemented within the next 24 hours. However, if you currently use our international billing system and require immediate assistance with resolving this issue, please contact the Technical and Billing Support department, and a Technical Support representative will assist you.

I haven't heard any attempts of folks trying the game to Windows 7 - but it would be good to know if there is any particular error messages at the least.

It's likely to be waiting for a method of payment for a subscription to be placed in before the 30 day free period begins. It requires that information first, though, essentially as a method of age verification.

Aye. Please let us know if you're still getting the same darkness now that the halloween event has been removed from the game.

If you still have trouble, I would suggest contacting GM support through a petition and let him know what you'll need to delete something to switch off your outfit before you do so. So once you do, the GM can check on what was just removed and get it back to you.

The dev team should have a list, but I'm doubting that it's in any way complete. Submitting a /bug report when finding insanity clothing always helps.

Still waiting for a response (from within the company) to get more information on the subject. It just appears to be the game not loading the rescources it should have access to.

We can start by getting some of your DxDiag and MSInfo information - you can find instructions on how to get that info here.

From there, we can wade through the data and see where the culprit is.

The culprit is likely Vista UAC which you can try disabling or anything else acting as a firewall between you and the internet.

Yes, this problem does stink - I'm hoping that as Vista becomes less and less alien, problems like this can clear up a bit.

It's been a while since I've heard any reported problems on this - I did report the situation but I didn't hear much back .

Unfortunately I've retrieved very little information from the teams regarding this issue. The authenticating error is something I'm trying to get more information myself though.
